Troop Meeting, May 30th, 2007

Quilt Festival Sign Up – Dates and Times are still open if any one is available during the week of June 27th thru July 1st  (Adults and Boys needed.)


Troop Meeting, May 23rd, 2007

May 30th COH Bayside Gazebo 6:30 – 8:00 pm

Scouts are bringing either salads or desserts depending on you assignment. Parents and siblings are invited for a BBQ

Alex held a bottle drive for his Eagle project and raised almost $300.00 Great Job!

June 6th Meeting - List ideas for the planning meeting and come up with Merit Badge’s to work at summer camp. Last meeting.

June 9th Annual Planning Meeting – At Hazelett’s Conference Room 10:00am – 2:00pm

Shooting Sports Weekend was a great success, fun was had by all!

Fun was had by all on Wednesday night at the Rocket Car Race. The boys made some pretty creative rocket cars.  Congratulations to Billy on placing 1st with his Rocket Car. Aaron and Kai took 2nd place.

Ethan Allen's Woodpile project is delayed.

November 29th - Hamburger Cook off -  (You cook it you eat it!).  Troop supplies one burger one bun.  What you do with it is up to you!!!

Popcorn Sales
– We have 2 weeks left to sell popcorn and meet your goal. Please tally your sales and bring in your sales totals so we can chart the Troop’s progress. All completed forms are due at the 10/25/06 meeting as well as all money collected with orders taken.    “SELL POPCORN”  

Camporee – As you all know Camporee was this past weekend and was a big success. We had no rain which was a nice change. All those who went had a great time and we all want to thank Mr. Kaiser and all who helped to make it such a great success.

Popcorn - Scheduled to start Friday the 29th.  We will be handing out forms at next week's meeting.

Camporee Planning - Patrol cooking and menus.  Desset Cook-Off.  Start your planning.  We will spend time with this at the next two meetings.

Troop Meeting - September 6, 2006

K9 Irondog Service Opportunity - Dress in Class A uniform.  Be at the site at 07:00 hrs for instructions.  Beyond Costco, at the Coca Cola building.  Lunch will be provided. 

Advancement - Following summer camp merit badge efforts and activities, try to concentrate on completing any outstanding requirements in time for our first Court of Honor, scheduled for October 18.

Bottle Drive - Originally scheduled for this coming Saturday, now scheduled for September 16.

Rocket Cars - over the next two weeks.  Race day is Court of Honor, October 18.
